General Rules:

1.1 BM Rewards Club is a loyalty program, which rewards you with points on engaging with Banque Misr Credit & Debit  Cards where eligible cardholders earn points based on the value and type of transactions performed using their Banque Misr cards.

1.2 By activating or using your Banque Misr Credit or Debit card, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the following BM Rewards Terms and Conditions, which apply in conjunction with the general Terms and Conditions of Banque Misr cards.

1.3 You will participate in the program automatically for free upon card issuance and activation; no separate subscription is required. Points are awarded for every EGP spent on purchases using your Banque Misr card.

1.4 Domestic and cross-border purchases earn points are calculated at the same rate, unless otherwise determined by the Bank.

1.5 Points are not awarded on the following transactions:

• Cash deposits or withdrawals.
• Annual fees, interest, fines, or any other charges
• Fees for services or transactions performed via ATMs
• Governmental transactions
• Public Utilities transactions
• Donation transactions
• Telecommunication transactions
• E-Wallet and other cards top-up transactions
• Installment transactions over credit cards with special offers and discounts at merchants

1.6 Welcome bonus points may be awarded if a minimum spend is met within the first three months of card issuance as mentioned over Banque Misr Website, depending on the Card type and subject to Bank’s discretion.

1.7 You may be disqualified from participation in the program at the Bank’s sole discretion and any unused points at your balance may no longer be available for use under the program, in the following events:

• Your Card is terminated or closed
• You are subject to any legal proceedings
• Any of your accounts at the Bank are delinquent or unsatisfactory conducted for any reason
• If you breach any agreement with Banque Misr
• The use of cards for commercial purposes

1.8 The Bank is entitled at its sole discretion at any time to terminate, suspend or change any features, rules and benefits for the loyalty program and change the list of eligible participants or merchants and this change shall be mentioned in advance through Banque Misr Website and Mobile Banking

1.9 The Bank reserves the right to terminate or modify its agreements with participating merchants, and this change shall be mentioned in advance through Banque Misr Website and Mobile Banking.

1.10 Banque Misr shall bear no liability for the quality, performance, or delivery of goods or services provided by any participating merchant, online store, travel agency, service provider, or redemption partner. Any complaints must be addressed directly to the concerned party.

1.11 In case of  death-God forbids, any available points will be cancelled and cannot be used/redeemed

In case of any inconsistency between these terms and those of the credit card, the credit card Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

This Terms and Conditions is drawn in Arabic and English Language, in case of any inconsistency, Arabic Language shall prevail.

2. Points calculation and Redemption:

2.1 All points earned by the Primary and Supplementary cardholders will be credited to the Primary Cardholder’s account.

2.2 Earning details can be checked through visiting Banque Misr official website “Banque Misr - BM Rewards Club”

2.3 Only the Primary Cardholder are entitled to redeem reward points. Supplementary cardholders are not entitled to perform redemptions.

2.4 Points may be redeemed via the BM Online or BM Rewards Club Website “www.bmrewardsclub.com” for the following:

• Electronic Vouchers: Redeemable at participating merchant stores.Instant Redemption: Redeem directly at selected partner merchants without voucher issuance.
• Cashback: Convert points into cash, to be credited directly to your Banque Misr card within 72 hours.

2.5 Once confirmed, redemption requests are irrevocable and points used cannot be refunded or reinstated.

2.6 Redeemed rewards are not exchangeable, refundable, transferable, or redeemable for cash or credit.

3. Points & Voucher Validity:

3.1 Reward points are valid for 2 years (24 months) from the month in which they are earned.

3.2 Electronic vouchers are valid for 3 months from the issuance date. Expired vouchers will not be reinstated and associated points will be forfeited.
